How To Register Your Child for iXL Academy
We do not currently have an online registration process. To register you must pick up the paperwork at iXL Academy, or contact the director of iXL to request a copy by e-mail.

Fill out the iXL Academy Student Registration Form and other required documents.

Return the documents to the iXL Director along with the non-refundable registration fee.

Once the paperwork is processed and your child is accepted into the program, you will receive information about your child’s teacher, classroom, and schedule.
Enrollment Procedures
Requirements
The following forms must be filled out and information collected before a child can officially be enrolled in iXL Academy
Enrollment Forms

Medical Forms
1. Preschoolers must have a medical examination signed by a licensed physician.
2. School Aged children must have a health statement form signed by parents.
3. Must have up to date immunization records
Authorization & Signature Forms
1. Authorization for Emergency Care and Transportation.
2. Parent Handbook Acknowledgement Form.
Parental Responsibility
1. Read the Parent Handbook.
2. Ask questions.
3. Set up a tour of the facility.
Tuition Guidelines
Our tuition rates depend on the type of program your child is enrolling in and the duration of that program. Please contact our iXL Academy director for detailed rates for your child.
Tuition Rates
1. iXL Academy offers two terms each year. Our academic term is approximately nine months and runs from August through May and our summer term is two months and runs from June through July. Tuition is charged based on the total cost of the term your child is enrolled in and is charged monthly for the duration of the enrollment.
2. Tuition is divided into ten monthly installments for the academic term and two monthly installments for the summer term.
3. Tuition is due on the 1st day of the month. Payments not paid in full before the end of the month will result in the suspension of iXL Academy services for that child until the account is brought current.
Refunds & Withdrawal
1. No refunds will be offered for absences; including vacations, sicknesses, withdrawal, or weather-related closures.
2. Monthly tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Parents may withdraw their child from iXL Academy at any time provided that written notice is given to iXL before the first day of the following month. No refunds will be given for tuition already paid, termination will only apply to future tuition payments.
Fees
1. An $85 non-refundable registration fee per child, or $120 per family, is due when paperwork is submitted for processing. Paperwork will not be processed until the registration fee is received.
2. iXL Academy has a limited capacity and therefore all Student Registration Forms will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Any changes in enrollment requiring new or additional paperwork will require a $25 processing fee.
Discounts & Special Offers
1. We offer a 10% discount for families with multiple children enrolled in iXL Academy.
2. Parents whose child is enrolled in the iXL Academy academic term will have their registration fee waived for the subsequent summer term.
3. Children who will be graduating from iXL Academy to go to Kindergarten the following school year are eligible for discounted Pre-K pricing.
Non-Discrimination Policy
iXL Academy will admit students of all races, colors, nationalities, or ethnic origins to participate in our programs and activities, and make all rights and privileges available to all children. We will consider the admission of special needs children and children with disabilities on a case by case basis, dependent on our present facilities and staff availability to provide for the child’s well-being. Parents with special needs children must request a consultation with the director of iXL Academy to discuss enrollment.
